Everything was perfect, spotlessly clean hotel, easy location in the heart of Banff. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Newly remodelled and elegant units with windows all round. Variety of delightful food.

The hotel is reasonably clean, has views of the mountains. The location is excellent, greatly enjoyed to be walking distance to some leisure places, we've visited bars and restaurants. Great nearby places include Eddie Burger & Bar, we usually had drinks there.

What stands out, both good and bad
The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance and the staff's warm hospitality enhances the stay. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast at the restaurant is good.
Parking can be tight. We struggled to find a space initially. The layout feels a bit cramped.

The hotel was in the very central setting to bike trails.
Shame the bathroom was a little small.

Location was perfect, bedding and linens were comfortable and crisp
Tv did not work, the hallways are a maze. There was a mistake upon check-in (booked a double queen and received a king bed room) which delayed the start of our day. We were offered a half hour additional late checkout which was a joke. We left early

The location is ideal for our family vacation, with
Easy access to popular spots in Banff. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The lack of extra hooks in the room made it challenging to keep our things organized.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Heritage Room, especially with the thoughtful birthday card and prosecco surprise waiting for me. The hot tub was a beautiful spot to unwind, and there was also a cozy leisure area with a fireplace to chill out. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🥳

The hotel is located in the middle of Banff. If you step outside the front door, you will immediately find yourself in the shopping street (Starbucks right across the street). Even if there were not enough parking spaces, they are free. WIFI worked perfectly. We had a tastefully furnished and clean room.
The best location has the disadvantage that it is very loud. Banff is completely overrun in the high season. In our room the windows to the street could not be opened. Temperature control via air conditioning. At least there were earplugs.

The staff was very courteous. The room was better than expected and the location unbeatable. . There is a separate Touri Info on the 2nd floor. The lady was great, the recommendations were great!

Great location, right in the town. The hottubs on the roof of the hotel are unique! I bought a bathing suit in the evening in the village and I don't regret it. Great!
Everything's great. Gladly anytime again!

The staff was very different, so there is no "full" smiley for that. We first had a room with a view to the air conditioner or something similar. The staff was willing to give us another room.

great location but could improve on comfort
The location is really good, right on the Main Street. The rooftop hot tubs provided a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The Heritage Room offered fine mountain views. We particularly enjoyed the charming ambiance of the restaurant, which served nice meals that complemented our experience.

Freidly staff, good value for the money in a resort town, you could walk anywhere in the town site from this location it was in late March and the air cond. was not working Good reataurant on site, Guest parking behind hotel
lots of screaming young people as the bars closed down not the Hotels fault but with a/c not working we had windows open to stay cool and could hear everything on the street below.
